Exposures and such are still happening; things are sometimes hard, sometimes fine, sometimes not so fine, but mostly just going… and in the meantime my husband and I are headed to San Francisco for the annual OCD Conference put on by the International OCD Foundation this weekend!
I found out recently that this blog was named one of the “Top 50 OCD Blogs” by Feedspot. This was exciting, especially considering I think it’s coming up on around a year of having this blog at all!
If you are in the Northwest, I wanted to let you know that the “1 Million Steps 4 OCD” walk is going on in Portland this weekend—Saturday, June 10. Check in is at 9 a.m. and the walk starts at 10 a.m. at Laurelhurst Park.
