Elder Ballard’s talk from the April 2017 General Conference discussed goals and planning and was titled “Return and Receive.” It had some great life tips, as well as advice that we can apply to our OCD “progress” too.
Something that Dr. Grayson said at the OCD Conference during the scrupulosity panel a few weeks ago resonated with me. Basically, he said that exposures are never done to prove that the “bad thing” won’t happen.
In this April’s General Conference, Elder Renlund gave a beautiful talk entitled, “Our Good Shepherd,” which detailed how Christ views and treats all of us as His sheep as well as how we ought to treat each other.
